Golecha Ghar
Exposed concrete and filler slab ceilings — details three other contractors told the owner were not possible. We planned them properly and executed them without a single compromise. The project that most clearly explains why architects refer their hardest builds to us.
Chorao House
A Goan-inspired villa on Chorao island, built for the climate and the setting — deep shade, natural ventilation, and materials chosen to age gracefully in coastal air. Managed remotely for owners who couldn't be on site.
Ridhira Zen
A resort-style residence where landscape, water, and structure were planned as one composition. Tropical detailing executed with the documentation discipline of a considered build.
CM Simon
A contemporary home where construction and interiors were delivered by the same team — custom joinery, natural wood, and finishes detailed alongside the structure rather than after it.
Prasanth Kumar Farmhouse
A weekend retreat built for low-fuss ownership — robust materials, honest detailing, and progress the owner could track from the city without chasing anyone.
Kingston Park
Villas delivered with consistent quality across units — the same stage inspections, the same photographed milestones, and the same standard on every home.
Lodha Residence
Interiors only — the shell was already built. Living and dining as one floor, an island kitchen, four bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a pooja room. The job where you inherit somebody else’s walls and every millimetre has to be measured again.
